SHIPPING POLICY

If you have any extra questions about size/fit on an item, please reach out so you can purchase the right item(s) for you with confidence!

All physical items are made once you order, just for you. Estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time. Think:

 

estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time

 

Our fulfillment time average 2–7 business days for apparel products. When we calculate the estimated fulfillment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity. Generally, you can expect around 8-12 days from order to delivery. 

 

The estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area.

 

The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:

Issues with print/embroidery files

Products being out of stock

Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

 

That being said, we’ll work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with us, we’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.

Note: Need to get your items fast? All orders shipping with the Overnight delivery method for US domestic orders will automatically be marked as priority in the system and bumped up in the fulfillment queue.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

We will issue refunds for orders that are defective, e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or holes in the garment. If a return or exchange is requested, we will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase.

No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes you ordering a wrong size, style, or color. We print the exact number of garments, based on the orders that came in, and we will not have extras. Each item you order is then made just for you! This helps us reduce waste that would occur from creating more items and shipping. We are keen on trying our best to have a lower carbon footprint, and we really do care about making an effort.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. If you don't love the item, we hope you'll gift It or donate it so it can live on with someone near you who can enjoy it.
